What do I need to bring with me when applying or touring?
Please bring a ID for tours / Applying: ID, SSC, 6 pay stubs, 6 months bank statements.
What are the application and administrative fees?
The application fee is $60, and the administrative fee is $125.
How much is the deposit?
The security deposit is $1,500.
What lease terms are available?
We offer flexible lease terms ranging 12 year lease.
Is renters’ insurance required?
No, renters’ insurance is not required.
How do I pay rent?
Rent can be paid online via our resident portal.
What is included in the monthly rent?

Is laundry available in-apartment or on-site?

Yes, our background screenings evaluate credit, rental, and criminal history for each applicant over the age of 18 who will reside in the apartment home.What are the income requirements to qualify?
We require that all applicants provide proof of income of at least 3 times the monthly rental amount. Our leasing team is available to assist with any questions regarding rental criteria and the application process.What is your pet policy?
We are pet-friendly and allow up to two pets, including dogs and cats, of all breeds, weights, and sizes.Is smoking allowed on the property?
